MISSION TO THE YOUTHS: Raising a generation of Youths that are morally upright and God- fearing through Seminars, Counselling, Education, and Vocational Training.

Theme – Challenges of Growing Up.
Topics included : “How to be fit for life” with a focus on Cervical Cancer as a sexually transmitted disease & Prostate Cancer;
Effects of pre- marital sex and consequences of Abortion;
Peer Pressure, dating, drugs & Alcohol;
Self Confidence as a tool for realizing one’s future goal.
Present Health & Socio – Economic challenges that prepare youths for the future ;
Living an optimistic life.

  • Books – “Gifted Hands” by Dr. Ben Carson;
    Eric Wilson’s “Facing the Giants”;
    “The witness” by Dee Henderson;
  • Quiz on the Book of the year, Maths, General knowledge, Science,
  • Trophies for 1,2,3 & gifts to quiz participants.
  • Food, snacks, drinks & gifts of Exercise books, biro etc.
    This annual Senior secondary Schools Seminars; the Schools. Visits Seminars and the Holiday Seminars have evolved as a source of encouragement to the youths to read edifying novels. They are very educative and informative, as well as raising a ‘Daniel Generation’. There is usually also some entertainment: music, singing, comedy, playlets, talent shows.

  •  on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the Management team of The Roses Ministry, I heartily welcome all students, teachers, and Partners of the Ministry who are here mostly as judges for the quiz , to yet another Seminar that promises to be interesting, informative and exciting!
