“And it came to pass, after the death of Abraham, that God blessed his son Isaac.” (Genesis 25:11)

“For I know him that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of Jehovah, to do righteousness and justice, in order that Jehovah may bring upon Abraham what he hath spoken of him. (Genesis 18:19 DARBY)

“I will certainly bless you. I will multiply your descendants beyond number, like the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will conquer the cities of their enemies.”(Genesis 22:17 NLT)

ACTION: Whatever blessings and positions we have, we should obey God and intentionally and actively teach our families to obey God in righteousness and justice, so that our descendants will be partakers of the promised blessings of God.

PRAYER: Lord, please make us partakers of the blessings of Abraham.
