QUARTERLY HEALTH WEEK:
Our quarterly Blood Pressure monitoring with dispensing of anti-hypertensive and diabetic medicines, free of charge, was carried out on the morning of 21th of October 2015 before the usual Thursday fellowship. In addition to this, the medicals took a new dimension as aerobic exercises especially specific to neck, back and knee and joint pains, were carried out with a lot of fun.
