Took place at The Roses hall on Wednesday, 7th August, 2013 with children of The Roses Ministry members in attendance. The topic for the seminar was “PEER PRESSURE, DATING, DRUGS AND ALCOHOL” under the main theme “The challenges of growing up”.
Mrs. Obiageli Okeke delivered a talk on Peer Pressure and Dating, while Pastor David Olubowale taught them on Drugs and Alcohol, using himself as an example of a victim of peer pressure. The book ”GIFTED HANDS” had been given earlier and a quiz was conducted based on Ben Carson’s novel with numerous gifts given away.
