YOUR TIME, TALENT AND TREASURE

“What does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8)

“And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbour as yourself.” (Luke 10:27)

Jesus gave His life, His all. What are you giving to Him? What does He ask of you?

Your love: “Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind” (Matthew 22:37).

Your time: “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labour in vain” (Psalm 127:1).

Your treasure: Give for the work of God and the needy. “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” (Luke 12:34).

Your talent: “Let every skilful craftsman among you come and make all that the Lord has commanded” (Exodus 35:10).

ACTION: Endeavour to genuinely know the Lord, love Him, and love people around you.

PRAYER: Dear God, grant me the grace to love you from the depth of my soul and to give as you have given me.
