GOD IS MY REFUGE AND STRENGTH
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof.”
(Psalm 46:1-3)
This Psalm encourages us to hope, trust and take comfort in God, His power and provision especially at very difficult times. No problem is too big for our God, be it emotional, physical or spiritual. If we will learn to take refuge in Him and lean on Him alone and according to His leading, for strength and solution, then as the psalmist, we can face the most extreme crisis with quiet confidence because God is with us. HIS power is complete and his ultimate victory is certain.
Whenever the challenges of life seem to overwhelm us, The Lord will intervene supernaturally as our strength and help, in Jesus name, Amen!! Our God is sufficient!
