FRAGRANCE OF THE ROSES 2 – 9TH JANUARY

Spread the Good News

09 January

“Believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women”. (Acts 5:14)

It was a Revival Service at the ECWA, SIM Church in Enugu at the end of the Nigerian Civil war, January 1971. The scars on the testifier’s head proved that his testimony was true. During the pogrom in which over 3 million Igbos were killed in Northern Nigeria, his head had been cut open with a matchet and he was left as dead. God miraculously saved him and brought him back to the East. This testimony brought multitudes to the saving knowledge of Christ. Similarly, what attracted multitudes to the early church was God’s power at work through the miracles that were taking place; the sincerity, honesty, generosity, love and unity of the members; and the character of the leaders. Would God add souls to your Church/Ministry because of these characteristics in you?  Will a Revival follow the 2019 -2021 pandemic as it did after each such pandemic in history?

ACTION: What will you keep doing and what will you change to bring more souls to Christ?

PRAYER: We pray fervently for a Revival to follow such a time as this!
