“Jehovah Tsuri only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defence; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God.” (Psalm 62:6-7)

Jehovah Tsuri is our stability, strength and safety. Jesus our Rock gives us stability when we make our plans and build on a foundation of biblical principles. The wise man built his house on the rock in Matthew 7:24-27. Heavy rains and fierce winds came and the house stood firm, but the house built on the sand fell flat. Jehovah Tsuri gives strength to the weak.

When Paul was deserted by all, he said: But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength…” (2 Timothy 4:17) Jehovah Tsuri is our refuge, fortress and shield. He delivers us when we dwell in His secret place and call upon Him.

ACTION: We will make Jesus Tsuri the centre of our lives, so our decisions are based on his Word.

PRAYER: We call upon Jehovah Tsuri for stability, strength and safety at such a time as this.
