“May the favour of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands.”(Psalm 90:17 NIV)

Favour brings success, opportunities, voluntary assistance from people, good report, preference, care and so much more. Let us prayerfully and diligently seek the kingdom of God, for from it the favour of God and men and all other things will be added unto us. The work of our hands will be established to be effective, productive and prosperous.

The favour of God does not mean that there will not be challenges or failures, but as Gift Gugu Mona, who wrote a lot about God’s favour, points out: “When God favours you, what is meant to break you will propel you towards a breakthrough”.

ACTION: Work diligently and prayerfully.
