“And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years….She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment. …. And immediately…..she was healed of her disease.”(Mark 5: 24-29)

Jesus Christ is passing through, in the activities of everyday life. Let us reflect a bit on the essence of Jesus Christ, our Saviour and Healer: “She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all that she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse.” (Mark 5:26 NIV) Having tried other things which all failed, this woman pushed with faith through the crowd, with only one hope for change; one hope that just to touch the garment of Jesus would bring healing. It sure did! What is it in our lives or those of our loved ones that seem to defy all attempts at finding a legitimate and viable solution? Jesus is passing through today, as He does every day!

ACTION: Believe, trust in Jesus. Push on with the determination to experience His healing and transforming touch!

PRAYER: Thank You, Lord, that I am a recipient of abundant life. Jesus heals and transforms at such a time as this.
