“When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him”. (Isaiah 59:19b)

Blessing’s three children were admitted into hospital with severe malaria. She prayed with this Bible verse, asking God to lift up a standard and take away these floods of sickness. God answered, they became well and maintained such good health that one year later, she threw away expired, unused medicines from her First Aid chest. God parted the Red Sea, which has an average depth of 2,210m and a width of 33km to 190km. His children crossed over at least 33km of dry land in the midst of the sea. The enemy came after them like a flood, but when Moses lifted his rod like a standard, the water closed over them and they drowned. The saving instrument for the believer became the instrument of death for the enemy.

ACTION: Pray over even situations that have scientific explanations and solutions, from the mundane to the very serious.

PRAYER: We pray that as it was, so it is, so shall it be at such a time as this.
