“But because Jesus lives forever, his priesthood lasts forever. Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf.” (Hebrews 7:24-25)

Jesus is the greatest High Priest, our High Priest, my High Priest. The ultimate sacrifice for forgiveness of our sins and victory in all battles has already been made. Jesus is alive forever, making intercessions to God on our behalf. Thank You, Lord. All we have to do is lift up our worship and requests to Him. It was worship that broke down the prison gates for Paul and Silas (Acts 16:25-26), and request that brought new eyes for Bartimaeus, who was born blind (Mark 10:42-56). Jesus knows and intercedes for even those things we think and have not or cannot see. “Thus says the Lord: ‘This is a season of breaking open and growing the new that has already been birthed’.”

ACTION: Jesus is alive and interceding for us, so that we will break open and grow the new which has already been birthed at such a time as this.

PRAYER: Thank You, Lord Jesus, for being available to make intercession for us.
