“Now it came to pass, when Rehoboam had established the kingdom and had strengthened himself, that he forsook the law of the Lord, and all Israel along with him”. (2 Chronicles 12:1)

“But watch out! Be careful never to forget what you yourself have seen. Do not let these memories escape from your mind as long as you live! And be sure to pass them on to your children and grandchildren.”(Deuteronomy 4:9 NLT)

ACTION: Write down your testimonies of God’s goodness. Use your successes to show God’s love but do not allow them to derail you. Make intentional efforts to teach and impress the truth of the Gospel into the minds and hearts of your children and household so they cannot be forgotten or forsaken.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for your blessings. May we never forsake You as a result of the comforts and blessings of life. May we make your truth known to our generations in Jesus name, Amen. Jesus is our greatest Teacher!
