“So it came to pass when King Jeroboam heard the saying of the man of God, who cried out against the altar in Bethel, that he stretched out his hand from the altar, saying, ‘Arrest him!’ Then his hand, which he stretched out toward him, withered, so that he could not pull it back to himself.”(1 Kings 13:4)

“But God let no one oppress them; to protect them, he warned the kings: ‘Don’t harm my chosen servants; do not touch my prophets’.” (Psalm 105: 14 -15)

ACTION: Be bold and courageous. Speak out against sin. Speak the Word of God with reverence and respect but without fear! “We are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4)

PRAYER: Our Father and our God, thank You for this Word and action and many others. We are Your chosen servants, so we pray and believe that You will not permit anything, place or person, even those in authority, to harm us in anyway, most especially when we are standing on Your word of truth. We pray in Jesus name, Amen.
