FISHERS OF MEN

“And Jesus said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you become fishers of men.”

(Mark 1:17; Matthew 4:19, NLT)

It is clear that Jesus calls us to call others. Our primary assignment is to be “fishers of men”. We can call others excitedly like Andrew and share with them who Jesus is – the Messiah and Saviour to us.

Whichever method we adopt in spreading the message of God’s Kingdom, it is important that our character and actions match our words.

ACTION: How much are you able to tell others, by your life, to follow Christ?

PRAYER: Lord, teach me to properly evaluate myself so that I will not be judged. (1 Corinthians 11:31).
